Ordering and Payment

What materials are you working with? 

Our jewelry is made out of stainless steel or 925 sterling silver.
We offer moissanite or cubic zirconia of high quality to guarantee you the sparkle that makes you shine most.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Clean your jewelry regularly using warm water and a mild detergent. We also recommend to use a soft jewelry cloth.

Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine or bleach. Especially for sterling silver, avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions, as they can accelerate tarnishing.

We recommend to store your jewelry in a cool, dry box or bag away from sunlight and moisture.

What languages do you speak?

We are happy to provide you with a detailed explanation in English, Dutch, and French.

How to place an order?

You can simply place an order by clicking on your desired item and selecting color and size if needed. After selection you can drop the item in the cart, fill the required information and finalize by with completing the payment. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

You can make your purchases using Bankcontact, Visa or PayPal.

Do you accept returns on products?

At Armona Jewelry, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure you shop with confidence.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return items.
  • The items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original tags and packaging.
  • Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
