Thank you for your order with Armona Jewelry! We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order, except on holidays or weekends.

Delivery Times:

  • Within Belgium: The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Within the Netherlands: The estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days.

Please note: These delivery times are an estimate and may vary depending on the shipping service. We make every effort to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs:

  • Within Belgium: The shipping cost is €4.95. Free shipping on orders over €20.
  • Within the Netherlands: The shipping cost is €7.95. Free shipping on orders over €50.

Track & Trace:

  • After shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, so you can track your package.

Shipping Areas:

  • We ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Returns Policy

At Armona Jewelry, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure you shop with confidence.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return items.
  • The items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original tags and packaging.
  • Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If you paid with a gift card or discount voucher, your refund will be issued as a store credit.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at info@armonajewelry.com. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

How to Return Items

  1. Send an email to info@armonajewelry.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the items.
  3. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund.
